Abbi is a lifelong, Wyoming resident. She is married to TJ Forwood, and is mom to two wonderful, rambunctious children. When not practicing law, Abbi prefers to spend time with her family, and is always surrounded by whatever animals she added to the family when TJ was not around to object. She enjoys cooking, reading, hiking Wyoming’s mountain ranges, and finding a quiet lake to fish or paddleboard in.

Prior to joining Lubnau Law, Abbi worked for Cheyenne-based Crank Legal Group, P.C.. Before becoming an attorney, Abbi worked in several different fields of employment, most notably as policy staff for former Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal.

Abbi practices in several areas of law, but specializes in Health Care Law, Disability/ADA Law, Employment Law, Federal and State Administrative Law, Local Government and Transactional Law. She has over a decade of experience serving as General Counsel to many Wyoming governmental entities and hospitals, as well as a number of private Boards, businesses, and commissions across Wyoming.
